We are a German cheese broker, exporting the finest artisan cheese from Bavaria to places around the world. We are serving Europe, the UK, the United States, Singapore and beyond. Our cheeses generally come from Bavaria and Austria, ranging from alpine style hard cheese to semi-hard and soft cheeses. All of our cheeses are produced in small batches and are aged from 5 up to 24 months. We diligently search for them and select them carefully, traveling to remote village dairies and creameries hidden in the mountains. We collect only the very best cheeses, the real hidden gems from the majestic Allgäu Alps of Bavaria and the Bregenz Forest in Austria. The small-scale cheese makers work with farmers who let their cows graze on the lush mountain pastures. These cows have the best diet in the world: abundant mountain pasture in the summer and hay throughout the winter. This silage-free milk (Heumilch) makes all the difference in our handcrafted cheeses.
