This cheese from the Hofkäserei Kraus cheese dairy pays homage to the floral world of the Alps. It is refined with a diverse combination of dried flower petals, herbs and spices that grow in the meadows around the cheese dairy. Alp Blossom is not only photogenic and beautiful, but also captivates aromatically and therefore stands out in every respect on the cheese plate.


Albert Kraus and his team have been producing cheese from the best Allgäu milk since March 1999 at the Hofkäserei Kraus cheese dairy in Ebersbach near Obergünzburg. This milk comes from two traditional Allgäu farms that are only five Kilometers away from the cheese dairy.
